The Board is made up of property owners within Dickens Place who are elected and work as volunteers to ensure the community governing documents are followed and enforced. They are also responsible for all operations of the association. The Board meets monthly to discuss neighborhood business, projects, covenant violations, etc. They vote on all neighborhood issues and work directly with the management company, Keith Collins Company.
